Chaos vs Security

California’s Dangerous Games with Immigration

California politicians love to shout that “immigration is a federal problem”—but then they
turn around and tie the hands of ICE and Border Patrol every chance they get. Governor
Newsom parades around claiming California is a “sanctuary state,” which in practice
means one thing: protecting people who broke U.S. law.
Let’s be clear: no state has the right to undercut federal law. Period. When the President
directs ICE to enforce our borders—even inside California—that’s not “tyranny,” it’s the
federal government doing its damn job.
Yet Newsom acts like ICE is the enemy, spreading fearmongering nonsense like “they’ll raid
polling places” instead of standing up for law-abiding American citizens. That’s not
leadership. That’s pandering.
Courts Gone Rogue

And now the courts are playing referee with America’s safety. A federal judge just ruled that
the President’s deployment of National Guard and Marines to Los Angeles during violent
immigration protests was “unlawful” under the Posse Comitatus Act.
Here’s the problem: when cities like LA, Chicago, and D.C. are drowning in crime, drugs,
and violent unrest, local governments have already failed. They look the other way on
riots, then cry foul when Washington steps in to restore order. If governors and mayors
won’t protect their people, who will?
The President has a constitutional duty to defend the nation from threats foreign and
domestic. Sometimes that means federal boots on the ground. The courts second-guessing this isn’t bravery—it’s weakness disguised as legalese.
T

he Bigger Picture
While California coddles lawbreakers and judges nitpick over 19th-century laws, America’s
enemies—China, Russia, India—are watching us implode from within. They’re not afraid of
our “woke courts” or “sanctuary governors.” They’re laughing, because they know chaos at
home means weakness abroad.
If America can’t even defend its own streets, how in hell are we supposed to lead the
world?

Unapologetic Conclusion
Enough is enough. States don’t get to cherry-pick which federal laws they feel like
following. Governors don’t get to obstruct immigration enforcement because it makes
them look compassionate on TikTok. And judges don’t get to block the Commander-in Chief from securing the nation when cities are burning.
You want safety? You want law and order? Then back the people actually willing to act—the
President, ICE, the military. Everyone else is just playing politics with your life.
